I received my new dock recently and I can say I am definitely impressed. The weight and sturdiness of this stand is immediately noticeable. I actually got 2 different stands and comparing the two I was shocked and how heavy this one was, which was exactly what I was looking for. My H3 I use a 43'' antenna with so I needed something like this. The stand comes with feet attached too which helps immensely. The fit of the radio in the slot is a very firm fit, which is good for a permanent base set up. Over time I am sure it will slightly loosen up a bit but right now this as-is is perfect for what I need. My version of the print was an earlier version, if I wanted to nitpick I would say the finish is 8.5/10 only because were the supports were at, it was a little rough however, I am certain some very light sanding would take care of it. But for me its in areas nobody will ever see anyways. But someone who is OCD might notice it.
I love this stand and its even cooler that I got my callsign on it. Thanks again and I cant wait to run this for a while. So far its working great in my very small radio area on my desk
